Meet Alexandria Alex lives in Calgary with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Roscoe. She’s written for Teen Vogue, The Mighty, Thought Catalog and YourTango. She asks way too many questions about other people’s private lives which is how she got started writing in the nonfiction genres of heartbreak, love, mental health and other lifestyle topics.
In addition to multiple published articles, she has written two non-
fiction books. Her first was released in August 2016 titled, “The Single Girl’s Guide to Living and Laughing (And Sometimes Loving). Her second was released August 2017 titled, “You, Me & Depression: The Battle of the Heart and The Mind.”
She is one of the co-founders of the travel apparel Drifting Gypsies.
She’s always up for discussing literature, dogs and anything to do with the creative process.
